SEAC BCD Servicing
This is a BCD Standard Service fee for all SEAC BCD's
All parts used are from the Manufacturer - SEAC.
Service turnaround is usually 10-14 days.
If any additional parts are required outside of the standard service additional fees apply. In such case, we will inform you prior to the process.
A BCD service involves stripping all of the inflator and dump valves from the jacket. Any replaceable parts (o-rings or filters etc) that should be replaced are set aside. All of the valves and the inflator are then cleaned of salt and other debris that may prevent them from working. The inside of the bladder is then cleaned with an anti-bacterial liquid that will ensure that the jacket is not full of germs.
After the jacket has been completely re-assembled it will then be fully inflated to confirm that it holds air as it was designed to do.
How it works;
- Send or Drop off your BCD's to us.
- We will carry out the service according to the manufacturers requirement.
- If anything is required outside of the standard service we will contact you prior to carrying out the work.
- Once the service is complete we will contact you for any additional payment if required, prior to return.
- We will return your regulators via special delivery.
