Why Train With Bespoke Scuba Diving in the UK
Becoming a PADI Instructor is life-changing — it opens doors to travel, flexible work, leadership opportunities, and a fulfilling professional lifestyle. At Bespoke Scuba Diving, our Instructor Development Course (IDC) offers:
Direct Training from a PADI Course Director
Our IDC is led by a dedicated and highly experienced PADI Course Director with a 100% Instructor Examination (IE) success rate, guaranteeing you focused mentorship throughout your journey.
Personalised, Small-Group Training
Rather than large, impersonal classes often seen elsewhere, we keep our groups small so you receive hands-on coaching, more teaching practice, and constructive feedback at every stage.
Flexible UK-Based Learning
We deliver the core IDC in Essex with flexible scheduling — evenings, weekends, or block formats — so you can fit training around your life, work, or travel plans. Partial online pre-study and theory options are available too.

Why This Course Is Better Than Generic Pro Pages
✔ UK Focused, UK Delivered
While many training providers list prices or general pro training options, we tailor the entire IDC experience to UK divers and the unique educational needs of your diving career.
✔ Real Mentorship from Day One
Course Directors at large schools often train huge groups with limited feedback. At Bespoke Scuba, you are not a number — you will be personally guided throughout the process by our course director and supported by our entire dive team.
✔ Professional Outcomes, Not Just Certification
Our focus isn’t just “get you certified” — it’s to make sure you are ready to teach confidently, safely, and professionally in real dive environments.
Career Path After the IDC
Once you’ve earned your PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification, your new opportunities include:
