Course Overview – What You’ll Learn
Our PADI Dry Suit Specialty includes:
✔️ Dry suit orientation during a pool session – Learn how dry suits work, how to don and doff safely, and pre-dive checks.
✔️ Buoyancy control techniques – Master buoyancy using your dry suit air management.
✔️ Two open water dives – Real-world dry suit diving experience under professional supervision.
✔️ Safety & emergency procedures – Includes surface skills and dry suit troubleshooting.
✔️ Certification – Earn your official PADI Dry Suit Diver speciality card upon successful completion.
Course Details – Essex Location & Requirements
📍 Location: Pool orientation at Becontree Heath, followed by open water during one of our open water weekends.
🕒 Duration: Pool orientation + 2 open water dives.
💷 Price: £225 plus exposure protection hire if required.
👤 Minimum Age: 12 years old (Junior Open Water divers welcome).
🎓 Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) certification.
